Assessment: What are the best models for assessing concerns at the local level with respect to wellness? What are the tools we can use to engage communities on these questions and build community will?

Community Engagement: MOAs, hosting community meetings, in-kind donations forms, as well as recruitment, engage, and engirding, etc. Also, how do we make sure coalition development is culturally appropriate, representing a variety of sectors in the community; sector grid/gap analysis.

Policy & Advocacy: How do we equip local coalitions to be strong advocates for effective policy? What can we do? What are prohibited activities with public funding?

Data & Evaluation: How do we assist local coalitions with increasing the capacity to collect the best local data for decision making? How does evaluation development enhance the coalition process?

How do these questions jive with the most current literature in the community development and prevention literature, including: Collective Impact; Positive Community Norms; SAMHSA’s Strategic Prevention Framework; Results-based Accountability; Adverse Childhood Experiences & Trauma Informed Care?
